- RES Development Plants: our support is provided along the entire development supply chain, from scouting and evaluation of initiatives to the plant commissioning for energy fed into the grid and for self-consumption, with a particular focus on sizing, environmental and technical aspects, managing the authorisation and grid connection phase as well as the negotiation of EPC/O&M contracts, we also provide project and asset management services;
- Technical Consultancy and Due Diligence: we provide technical consultancy and due diligence for conventional and renewable energy plants both in the design phase and for plants already in operation; we identify the correct business models, private grid schemes, and applicable regulatory configurations (including Energy Communities) to optimise plant generation both from a merchant perspective and to maximise self-consumption for the self-producing end customer; we support producers in their activities and regulatory compliance;
- Energy Efficiency and E-Mobility: we provide technical consultancy on energy efficiency issues for large consumers, energy assessment, consumption monitoring and identify savings and self-generation solutions also from CHP cogeneration plants; we also follow the assessment and identification of sites for electric car charging stations, sizing, technological choice, assisting in the authorisation process and selection of the supplier for implementation; we also analyse the strategy and contractual relationships for the charging service and the valorisation of the infrastructure;
- Technology Scouting and Market and Regulatory Analysis: with constant technology scouting activities, we investigate the main technical trends in the sector for energy generation and storage, green gas generation and consumption efficiency, we follow their evolution and maturity in the market, and we also assess technical regulatory aspects.
