We believe in learning and improving, in constantly evolving to become the best version of ourselves.
This is why we have created corporate academy: the Key to Energy Academy.
At least once a month, a large part of our group invests time in learning.
We called it the Learning (every) day. Because every day can be the right moment to learn something new and improve.
We try to strike a balance between developing internal in-house expertise by developing our own faculty and being open to the outside world by inviting lecturers and testimonials.
The Academy is a broader time and place than a classroom or a lecture. It is the time and place where we develop our mindset, and therefore our organisational behaviour, to most effectively achieve our Purpose in the times in which we live.
We expect the Academy to consist of:
- Corporate identity training
- Soft skills training
- Technical and industry training
- Practical workshops
- Inspirational talks with guests
- In-house workshops based on voluntary contributions
- Practical community
- Book crossing
- Sessions proposed and self-managed by Key to Energy people
The training has three main characteristics:
- It is rooted in our character: Purpose, Mission, Vision, Values
- It is in line with our business strategy: it has a concrete impact on the way we do things
- It leverages social learning: we improve through interpersonal relationships
